一、论坛简介

中国—东盟溪山论坛旨在为中国和东盟国家硕士、博士研究生搭建跨国家、跨地区、跨学校、跨学科学习和交流的平台，激发各国青年学子创新热情，交流学术思想、拓展国际视野，强化青年社会责任意识，引领青年立志为人类社会和平稳定发展、解决人类社会发展难题贡献青春力量。

2023中国—东盟溪山论坛以“协同·发展·共享：全球教育数字化变革下的科技创新”为主题，邀请中国、东盟及其他国家硕士、博士研究生协同交流各国科技创新的最新前沿,共同探索可持续发展的学术新路径，旨在搭建中国—东盟区域科技创新沟通桥梁，构筑人才交流新高地，实现科技创新成果开放共享，打造具有全球竞争力的开放创新生态，共创人类美好未来。

INTRODUCTION

The China-ASEAN Xishan Forum aims to provide a platform for postgraduates and doctoral students from China and ASEAN countries to engage in cross-country, cross-region, cross-university and cross-disciplinary exchanges. Through this forum, students will have the opportunity to exchange academic ideas, broaden their global perspectives, enhance their awareness of social responsibility, and join hands to promote the peaceful development of human society.

In 2023, the theme of the Forum is “Collaboration, Development and Sharing: Technological Innovation in Global Digital Transformation of Education”. By exploring the frontiers of technological innovation and sustainable development, the Forum aspires to foster joint efforts between China and ASEAN countries in scientific and technological innovation, promote talent exchanges, share achievements in scientific and technological innovation, and set up an international stage for openness and innovation that contributes to the better future of mankind.

二、论坛时间地点

2023中国—东盟溪山论坛将于2023年8月底举办（具体时间待定），论坛设于中国—东盟教育交流周永久会址。

The 2023 China-ASEAN Xishan Forum is to take place in late August, 2023 at the China-ASEAN Education Cooperation Week Permanent Host Site. (Please wait for further announcement of the exact dates)

三、论坛形式

本届论坛下设生命科学、智慧农业、密码学与数据安全、区域国别研究、法律人才培养、绿色农药分论坛等6个分论坛，面向全球高校、科研机构硕士研究生、博士研究生公开征集研究论文、学术海报等，择优邀请论文作者参会，并向优秀作者和汇报人颁发证书。

FORUM MODES

The Forum will consist of six sub-forums: Life Sciences, Smart Agriculture, Cryptography and Data Security, Area Studies, Legal Talent Training, and Green Pesticides. We are inviting academic papers and posters on these themes by postgraduates and doctoral students around the world. Selected authors will be invited to participate in the Forum and will be honored with certificates for their excellent contributions as authors and speakers.

四、征稿要求

本届论坛以“协同·发展·共享：全球教育数字化变革下的科技创新”为主题，各分论坛具体征稿要求如下：

生命科学分论坛

征稿主题：生命科学前沿与种质创新

征稿内容：植物种质资源是种业工程的物质基础，利用生命科学前沿技术，加强种业科技创新，对于保障粮食安全至关重要。本分论坛将主要围绕经济植物优异基因资源挖掘、分子育种与种质创新开展征稿。

（一）Sub-Forum on Life Sciences

Topic: Frontiers of Life Sciences and Germplasm Innovation

This sub-forum invites papers that explore excellent genetic resources for economic plants, molecular breeding, and germplasm innovation. As plant germplasm resources form the foundation of germplasm sciences and the germplasm industry, it is crucial to utilize cutting-edge technologies in life sciences and encourage technological innovation in the seed industry, especially in the face of potential food security challenges.

智慧农业及智能农业装备分论坛

征稿主题与内容：

（1）农业人工智能：包括但不限于智能图像识别、复杂场景感知、动植物特征识别、农业大数据智能决策、农业智能信息服务、农业区块链、农产品质量安全管控与溯源、农业人工智能算法与分析工具等。

（2）农业传感器：包括但不限于农业环境传感器、动植物生命信息传感器、动植物表型髙通量获取技术、农产品品质快速检测技术、传感器新材料与新工艺、农业无线传感器网络等。

（3）农业遥感与精准农业：包括但不限于农田信息获取技术、农业遥感理论与方法、精准农业决策、农机自动驾驶与智能测控、精准作业技术与装备、智能灌溉技术与装备、农业航空技术与应用、农产品智能检测分级与包装技术，智慧农场技术集成解决方案与典型应用案例。

（4）农业智能装备：包括但不限于农业智能装备系统设计、农业机器人环境感知与识别、农业机器人作业控制与执行机构、农业机器人导航与路径规划、典型农业机器人等。

（二）Sub-Forum on Smart Agriculture and Intelligent Agricultural Equipment

Topics:

(1) Artificial intelligence (AI) in agriculture: papers on intelligent image recognition, complex scene perception, animal and plant feature identification, intelligent decision-making with agriculture-based big data, intelligent information services in agriculture, agricultural blockchain, quality and safety control, and traceability of agricultural products, AI algorithms and analysis tools in agriculture, etc.

(2) Agricultural sensors: papers on agricultural environment sensors, biometric sensors for animals and plants, high-throughput acquisition technology for animal and plant phenotypes, rapid quality measurement technology for agricultural products, new sensor materials and processes, wireless sensor networks in agriculture, etc.

(3) Agricultural remote sensing and precision agriculture:papers on agricultural information acquisition technology, agricultural remote sensing theory and methods, decision-making in precision agriculture, automatic driving and intelligent measurement and control of agricultural machinery, precision operation technology and equipment, intelligent irrigation technology and equipment, agricultural aviation technology and its applications, intelligent grading and packaging technology of agricultural products, integrated solutions and typical cases of intelligent farm technology, etc.

Topic: Digital Infrastructure Ensures Data Security in the Future

Data security is linked to both national security and the protection of personal information. Therefore, it is imperative to collaboratively establish a robust data security system that safeguards the digital economy and ensures its sustainable growth. Endeavors will be dedicated to constructing a fortified defense perimeter for cybersecurity infrastructure, specifically targeting pivotal areas such as cryptography and data security. 主题一：新技术要素、全球治理与区域国别研究

征稿内容：论文主题包括但不限于公共管理、社会学、政治学与区域国别研究的内容耦合；人工智能、大数据、区块链、云计算、物联网等新技术的发生和发展对国家、区域和全球治理的影响和挑战；新技术要素如何参与和影响国家间互动；新技术与全球治理的协同发展；治理体系的调整、转型和升级等。

主题二：中国—东盟地区语言文化交流研究

征稿内容：论文主题包括但不限于东盟地区语言研究、区域国别文学/文化研究、汉语国际教育研究；中国—东盟地区比较文学/比较文化研究、文学作品的翻译与跨文化传播研究、文化交流史研究等。

（四） Sub-Forum on Area Studies

Topic 1: Emerging Technologies, Global Governance and Area Studies

This topic invites papers on the integration of public management, sociology and political science into area studies; the impact on and challenges to national, regional and global governance posed by emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data, blockchain, cloud computing and the Internet of Things; the role of new technologies in the interactions between countries; the coordinated development of new technologies and global governance; the adjustment, transformation and upgrading of governance systems, etc.

Topic 2: Studies of Languages and Cultural Exchanges between China and ASEAN Countries

This topic invites papers on the studies of languages, literature and culture of ASEAN countries; International Chinese Language Education in ASEAN countries; comparative studies of literature/culture between China and ASEAN counties; studies of the translation and cross-cultural spreading of literature works among China and ASEAN countries; history of cultural exchanges, etc.

正文要求

Requirements for the Paper

1.论文要求与“协同·发展·共享：全球教育数字化变革下的科技创新”主题相关。

2.论文要求观点鲜明，文字简洁，论据有说服力，结论合乎逻辑，图表和表格清晰，数据准确。

3.论文必须是由作者自主完成，无任何知识产权纠纷。

4.论文长度在3000字左右（不包括摘要、目录、参考文献等）。

5.论文应符合学术规范，非保密，真实原创（论文须为作者本人创作，严禁剽窃抄袭，一经发现，一切责任由作者本人承担）。

1. The submitted papers should be aligned with the theme of “Collaboration, Development and Sharing: Technological Innovation in Global Digital Transformation of Education”.

2. The paper should present a clear point of view, employ concise language, provide compelling evidence, draw logical conclusions, incorporate clear charts and tables, and utilize accurate data.

3. In order to avoid any Intellectual Property disputes, it is essential that the paper is composed independently.

4. The paper should be written in approximately 3000 words (excluding, among others, the abstract, contents, and references).

5. All submitted papers found to contain plagiarism or dishonesty will be rejected. Author(s) will bear full responsibility for any academic disputes arising from their submission.

Requirements for the Poster

1.海报尺寸大小设置为A3大小，投稿格式设置为JPG、PNG格式。

2.内容主题鲜明，表达精炼，与论文主题紧密联系。

3.以图片为主，文案为辅，元素设计新颖，画面色彩和谐。

4.作品须为作者原创，无其他著作权争议，如有侵权，一切责任由作者本人承担。

The poster should be created in A3 paper size and submitted in JPG or PNG format.
The content of the poster should be clear, well-refined, and closely aligned with the theme of the corresponding paper.
The poster should primarily consist of visual elements such as pictures, complemented by concise text. It should feature innovative designs and harmonious color combinations.

（12-point font, single spacing）Organic synthesis is a vital process that is a mainstay of drug discovery. However, traditional manual-based approaches to organic synthesis might not be economical, especially in a research environment where budgets are increasingly restricted and the effective use of manpower and materials is crucial. Hence, there is a strong interest in automating the synthesis process, resulting in a growth in synthesis automation, especially of systems and configuration. Here, we systematically summarize recently developed automated systems for organic synthesis. This review will be useful for computational scientists aiming to develop novel tools and for non-specialists and students to understand the frontier of automated synthesis.
